The Goddess Grove Holistic Healing

Alexa began her spiritual journey 8 years ago, being drawn towards a holistic way of living & mind-body connection. She found that her mat holds space for very profound experiences. These nourishing times showed her the connection of all life, that nature feeds the soul, & purpose of facilitating experiences that will help serve others in their own healing journey. 

Alexa has been guided by Spirit into becoming a Holy Fire Reiki Master, as well as practicing Energy Tuning techniques (Reiki & Sound Healing). In 2018, she completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program, specializing in Yin & Restorative practices. 

Alexa discovered plant medicine in 2019 and felt called into studying herbalism. She is currently studying with the Herbal Academy. Her focus here is to educate on how herbs feed the body and soul, as well as craft products to share with the community.
