This work utilizes the quantum field and helps to uncover the hidden and underlying dynamics at play in family relationships, all aspects of the psyche, and all life issues. It promotes healing and integration, and brings beneficial and positive changes to our lives, from the soul level. This technique helps bring to light the heart of every matter we face, without the judgments, conclusions, self- deceptions, and spin that the ego mind uses to keep us “stuck”.
Sacred Restoration is your time to practice Restorative Yoga interwoven with Chakra balancing Reiki, gentle massage, and nourishing Sound Therapy, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation & surrender. Through these seven chakras, all of our energy flows, at times these spaces may become blocked and can lead to illness and unrest when not treated. In Sacred Restoration, we will work in multiple ways to find a sense of balance to restore the body, mind, and spirit.
Truly a dynamic duo! Somatic breathwork is a journey through your breath to reset your nervous system and release pressure in the body. This workshop is started with our breath and concluded with a Hapeh ceremony. Hapeh is a tobacco based sacred shamanic snuff applied through the nostrils using an applicator (tepi or kuripe). This plant medicine is received in prayer with intention and promotes clarity, connection, release, & more. More info here.
During this ceremony, we will open sacred space through prayer and intention. We will offer herbal tea or cacao to open our hearts and ground into our intentions for the month.
This event is designed to open our hearts, spark remembrances, and activate healing on multiple levels. We will use three types of plant medicines: Sananga, Hapeh, and Cacao. All three of these medicines are native to the Amazon rainforest, have been used for thousands of years by indigenous tribes, and will assist in our healing journey emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. In a world where women are often encouraged to suppress their natural cycles and emotions, these gatherings provide a space where they can be celebrated. By coming together to discuss topics that are so often off-the-table such as menstruation, menopause, birth, grief, fear, pleasure and pain, these gatherings become a symbol of acceptance and fellowship. There is wisdom available in all seasons of a woman’s life. The Red Tent community honors the Maiden, Mother and Crone. All are welcome.
